We share the results with our candidates and this moves the conversation from “selling” to “conversations” about their ability to be successful in our business, which they really appreciate. The back-end Control Panel allows us easy and on-demand access to the survey results. On the sales side, the Franchise Navigator allows us to take the guess work out of who will and will not be a good fit for our system.
